The site needed to clearly articulate the importance of "Talent Rising" as a pivotal market dynamic and differentiated brand positioning. Strategically, it needed to powerfully reflect and convey the brand framework and serve as a demand engine with multiple, strong data capture/lead generation paths and mechanisms built into the site user flows.
Home Page content was structured in a four-tier hierarchical system – each content tier containing multiple buckets of discrete information with specific calls to action driving to deeper pages.
Internal Page hierarchy was designed to facilitate demand generation on every page with page content vs. sidebar weighted 70/30 to ensure optimal brand engagement.
Site content flow was based on use cases to provide easy access and clear paths to relevant content with resource assets organized by topic and industry.
